Remember That Time When Kamala Sided with Jussie Smollett?

It’s pretty sad that Saturday Night Live has become so unfunny and irrelevant that meme makers have to go back to the 1990s to find screenshots that anyone will recognize. Then again, it’s nice that a new generation of meme appreciators can go on YouTube and discover the comic genius of those former greats for the first time.

This screenshot, of course, is from the late great Chris Farley skit in which he lampooned his own inherent shyness. “The Chris Farley Show” would feature notable celebrities as the guests, and Farley would awkwardly ask them irrelevant questions. Go check ‘em out if you’ve never seen one – they’re much funnier than we just made them sound.

The Chris Farley Show is also a great base for memes, obviously. A lot of these have been popping up lately, like this one featuring Kamala Harris. It’s not like there is a lack of embarrassing information about Harris that can be used to create a steady stream of these!

And in case anyone forgot, yes, Kamala Harris took Jussie Smollett’s side in that obvious blood libel hoax against Trump supporters – and her family really did own slaves.
