Democrats Have Completely Lost it Over Brett Kavanaugh

When Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy announced he would be stepping down from his post, President Donald Trump had it within his power to nominate the most far-right federal judge in the country to succeed him — but he didn’t.

Instead, the president went with Brett Kavanaugh — a man who appears to say all the right things if you’re right-leaning, but far from the far-right reactionary the progressive left has made him out to be. Now, with confirmation hearings underway, leftists in the Senate and their activist supporters have revealed themselves to be completely incapable of any rational debate capabilities.

Instead of simply voicing disagreement with Kavanaugh’s interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, opponents are claiming the federal judge literally wants to have them killed. Activists are showing up dressed like characters from A Handmaiden’s Tale, a television drama wherein women are basically enslaved. This is supposed to do with Kavanaugh’s supposed intention to overturn Roe v. Wade, something he hasn’t signaled any support for whatsoever.

None of this matters, however, because changes in parliamentary procedure by the Democrats allow the Republicans to simply confirm whoever they want. In other words, Democrats are complaining about a problem they themselves created. So really, it’s just another day…
