Dehumanizing classes of people has consistently been one of the deadliest tactics in the history of politics. This sort of reasoning has been used to justify some of the most disheartening and unforgivable events throughout the entirety of human civilization. This includes but is not limited to the forceful subjugation of individuals to others, mass extermination, and now infanticide.
Until now, Democrats and their progressive supporters have justified their support for abortion by suggesting that babies aren’t really babies until a certain point in their development. As recently as 2016, left-wing media outlets decried then-candidate Donald Trump’s assertion that Hillary Clinton and the other Democrats wanted to give the thumbs up for late-term abortions throughout the country. It was simply ridiculous, sites like Vox and Huffington Post asserted, that Clinton or any progressive would support such a thing.
Fast-forward just three years later, and late-term abortion is a mainstream part of the Democratic Party platform. New York will not be the only state to legalize abortion up until birth. Millions more innocent lives are going to pay for the lies of the mainstream media.
