The results were alarming—8% of COVID vaccine recipients suffered a medically significant adverse event, ranging from hospital visits all the way to death. To put that in perspective, the U.S. has historically pulled vaccines off the market for complication rates far lower than this.

For children and teens aged 0-19, the infection fatality rate was an astonishingly low 0.003%.
