This photograph is the evidence that the US Attorney in Washington, DC included in its charging document against a guy named Brian McCreary – the guy with the red arrow pointing at his head. McCreary is a 33-year-old Domino’s Pizza employee from Massachusetts.
The FBI says that McCreary is one of the dangerous domestic terrorists who breached the US Capitol on January 6 th . McCreary says he just loves his country and was there to document the protest.
Anyway, this photo is the “smoking gun” that the FBI included in its case against McCreary. And somehow… the crack team of investigators at the FBI missed the fact that the official portrait of the late Kentucky Senator Henry Clay had been replaced by a photo of a gigantic naked guy in the background.
Yeah… the FBI submitted a meme in its official charging documents against McCreary, and now we cannot stop laughing around the office. You FBI nerds got punked – badly!
Here’s to hoping that Mr. McCreary’s attorney has a field day with the FBI for trying to frame his client with a “doctored” photo. Unless of course the photo is real, in which case Mitch McConnell has some explaining to do about the Senate’s artwork.
