According to Olivia Rondeau of The Post Millennial, the Biden administration has “no records” of about 400,000 illegal aliens discharged into the United States interior.
Despite the use of “monitoring devices,” ICE has admitted that it has “no records” on 377,980 illegals registered in its “Alternatives to Detention” initiative. The illegal alien invaders are unleashed into the nation’s interior with electronic monitoring devices under this program.
On Dec. 22, 2022, ICE submitted a letter to Syracuse College’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) demand for information on non-detention program advances.
“ICE has searched the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) for information relevant to your request and discovered no documents relevant to your request,” said Brian Hearn, an ICE supervisory paralegal specialist.
Austin Kocher, an assistant professor at TRAC, announced the news on Twitter.
“ICE’s statement that they couldn’t find documents on immigrants in Alternatives to Detention (ATD) that they had originally released came as a surprise,” Kocher told the Daily Caller.
“The agency must be completely transparent. The American people deserve honest information regarding the ATD program,” Kocher concluded.
The ATD program was created in 2004 to follow the position of migrants released into the United States’ interior using GPS tracking devices.
There have been around 599,000 “gotaways” at the border thus far in 2022. This refers to illegal aliens who have eluded law enforcement after entering the United States’ interior.
When it comes to immigration enforcement, the highest levels of the US government have manifestly failed. Meanwhile, Republican-controlled states will have to step up and secure the border. It’s the least they can do in this existential catastrophe that the federal government has chosen to ignore.
