This is What Happens When You Stab Trump in the Back

One of the biggest disappointments from the last month has been some of the rhetoric coming out of Sen. Rafael “Ted” Cruz’s (R-TX) mouth. Since Trump left office, Cruz suddenly has lots of nasty things to say about America’s last president and the people who voted for him. Not very classy, Rafael.

Even though he voted against impeaching Donald Trump, Cruz has publicly said that Trump’s “dangerous” and “reckless” questioning of the election results sparked a “terrorist attack” on the nation’s Capital. What a thin-skinned jerk.

Well, looks like Cruz’s fall from grace is just getting started. The internet is suddenly flooded with memes of Cruz packing his bags and heading off to a sunny beach with another backstabber (Chris Christie).

As his home state of Texas is on the verge of a humanitarian crisis due to a major cold snap, Cruz was caught flying off to Cancun, Mexico with his family. There are still half a million people without power as of this writing, 30 people are dead, millions of dollars in damages due to frozen pipes need to be repaired, and the busted sewage lines in many cities are going to make Texas a very smelly and dangerous place to be as soon as thing start thawing out.

This is what you get, Senator Cruz. If you turn on President Trump and his supporters, you end up in memes and your constituents are calling for you to resign.
