“Outwardly genderfluid” Sam Brinton, a graduate from MIT who had a crucial nuclear position in Biden’s administration before being let go, was allegedly detained this week for being a “fugitive of justice.”
According to police files, enforcement agents from Montgomery County, Maryland, detained Brinton at his residence.
He is presently being detained in jail without bail.
A neighbor stated to the Daily Wire that “four unmarked police arrived last night and refused to let his spouse Kevin leave. Sam Brinton was led out in handcuffs after almost an hour.”
This week, Brinton is scheduled to show up for a hearing with Judge Victor Del Pino.
The firing of Brinton for taking women’s clothes from airports, as reported by Breitbart News, occurred six months prior to the arrest.
After being caught on video stealing baggage last year, the former top Dept. of Energy official was forced to pay $3,670 in reparations to the victim.
After entering a no-contest plea to that crime, Brinton avoided going to prison.
