The Hits Just Keep Coming for Alexandria Ocasio-Smollett

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Instagram dramatization of her “near-death experience” during the peaceful protests at the US Capitol have to be one of the funniest things about the moment we’re currently living in.

“And then my office door went ‘Whoosh-bang!’ and the man with his mean voice screamed, ‘WHERE IS SHE?!’”

Hilarious!

The GOP let her tell these stories for a full month before announcing that, actually, she was in a secure building across the street and no protesters ever actually even came near her.

The flood of memes labeling her “Alexandria Ocasio-Smollett” this week has been a joy to behold. She’s not going to live this one down for a long time, especially after that time when she got caught crying in front of a parking lot fence a few years ago.

Even for a Democrat, her behavior has been so outlandishly over-the-top that you could never make up a cartoon villain like her. No one would believe it!

What kind of a grown woman makes up this sort of narcissistic lies about herself, painting herself as the hero/victim in every story? Oh, right… a communist.
