Surprise: The Mayor of South Bend, Indiana is in Way Over His Head

Who could possibly have foreseen that the former Mayor of South Bend, Indiana – Pete Buttigieg – would be incapable of competently managing the Department of Transportation? Apparently not the Republicans in the Senate who voted to appoint Buttigieg to the position…

Cargo ships are backed up all over the country and in other parts of the world right now, as shown in this meme. And the meme does make a good point: If we built more stuff here, this wouldn’t be a problem.
You know what else would have made this not be a problem? Having the correct administration in the Oval Office!

Does anyone believe that if Donald Trump was in the White House that this cargo problem would have persisted for more than about five seconds? Trump would have had this solved instantly for one reason, and one reason only: Because it’s hurting the American people and our economy.

Not only does Joe Biden not seem to care, but he’s also probably not even aware of the problem. And where is that in-way-over-his-head Transportation Secretary Buttigieg anyway? Shouldn’t he be out in front of this?
