Remember How Great Ammo Prices Were before Joe Biden Took Office?

The Expedia ad that the top image in this meme was screen grabbed from is probably one that you’ve seen. Ewan McGregor’s lines hit all the right sentimental notes and the commercial even recalls the anti-consumerism of his first breakout role in Trainspotting back in the 1990s. (Not that we’re a bunch of pop culture geeks around here or something.)

And while it is true that none of us are going to die wishing that we had bought more “stuff,” a lot of us are starting to regret the stuff we didn’t buy back in 2019 when it was cheap and abundant. Ammo being one of those things. Bacon being another. Wish we had stocked up on those.

Not to mention gasoline, hamburgers, shoes, a new graphics card, ibuprofen, coffee (especially coffee), and fireworks. Basically, we wish we had stocked up on all the important stuff that is now becoming rare and unaffordable under the incompetence of the White House.

Remember last year when the White House bragged that they had saved everyone 16 cents on their Fourth of July cookout, compared to 2020 prices? They’re not bragging about what a cookout costs this year.
