Pelosi Now Blaming Donald Trump For Iran’s Attack

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), the former Speaker of the House, said on CNN’s “Inside Politics” this week that Iran is better “nuclear-wise” because of Trump’s “failed policy.”

“We don’t want a bigger war,” Pelosi said. “As you very well know, President Obama had a brilliant plan to make it harder for Iran to make a nuclear weapon. The next president got rid of it, which is a bad thing because now Iran is on track to process uranium again, which means they are one step closer to being able to make a bomb.”

“I don’t know how close they are to that, and even if I did, I wouldn’t say,” she said. “To say it again, we don’t want a bigger war. We are aware that Hezbollah and Hamas work for Iran. They are the ones causing trouble in the area. Iran fired 200 ballistic missiles at Israel, thank God they didn’t do much damage. These attacks must stop. I don’t think we should talk about that right now, though, because we need to talk about how to deal with their nukes. We had a plan to do that again. As we’ve already said, I think that other countries worked together to do that. But the reason they are so strong now when it comes to nukes is because Donald Trump’s policies didn’t work.”
