Hillary Throws Fit Over FAA Overhaul – Then Team MAGA Makes Her Implode

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy isn’t backing down from a fight, especially when it comes to Hillary Clinton trying to undermine his efforts to fix the nation’s air traffic control system.

Duffy, 53, announced on X that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Elon Musk, would be working to upgrade America’s aviation system.

“Big News – Talked to the DOGE team. They are going to plug in to help upgrade our aviation system,” Duffy posted Wednesday.

Hillary Clinton, 77, quickly took a swipe at the plan, mocking the DOGE team’s qualifications.

“Most of them aren’t old enough to rent a car,” she wrote on X. “And you’re going to let them mess with airline safety that’s already deteriorated on your watch?”

Duffy Fires Back

Duffy wasted no time putting Clinton in her place, calling out the so-called “experienced” bureaucrats responsible for the current mess.

“Madam Secretary, with all due respect, ‘experienced’ Washington bureaucrats are the reason our nation’s infrastructure is crumbling. You need to sit this one out,” Duffy responded.

Elon Musk backed up Duffy’s announcement, stating that DOGE would be working quickly “to make rapid safety upgrades to the air traffic control system.”

The need for reform became even clearer on Saturday when the Federal Aviation Administration’s main pilot warning system suffered an outage, forcing a backup system to take over. The failure came just days after a tragic collision between a passenger jet and a military helicopter near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport that killed 67 people.

Clinton Doubles Down, Duffy Hits Harder

Clinton wasn’t finished, trying to tie recent aviation tragedies to Trump’s administration.

“US airlines had gone 16 years without fatal crashes,” Clinton posted. “Then MAGA fired the FAA chief, gutted the Aviation Security Advisory Committee, and threatened air traffic controllers with layoffs. Now there have been two fatal crashes. Hope your unvetted 22-year-olds fix things fast.”

Duffy wasn’t having it.

“I know you’re lashing out because DOGE is uncovering your family’s obscene grifting via USAID, but I won’t let you lie and distort facts,” Duffy fired back. “The FAA administrator announced he resigned over a month before Trump took office, and the air traffic controllers were always exempt from Trump’s civil service buyouts.”

“I’m returning this department to its mission of safety by using innovative technology in transportation and infrastructure. Your team had its chance and failed.”

Trump’s Plan for Real Aviation Reform

Trump made it clear at the National Prayer Breakfast that real change is coming. His administration is preparing to work with Congress on a major overhaul of the air traffic control system.

While Clinton and her allies cling to the broken bureaucracies of the past, Duffy and Musk are focused on the future—one where American air travel is safer, more efficient, and free from the incompetence that has plagued it for decades.
