FBI Struggles To Keep Its Social Media Secrets

According to Cindy Harper from Reclaim the Net, the FBI hasn’t mentioned the social networks to which it has paid. This comes in the wake of reports that the agency had paid Twitter at minimum $3.5 million.

Representatives from the FBI spoke with Fox News and confirmed that the large Twitter payment was just a “reimbursement” for the fees and charges associated with its requests.

Apart from Twitter, the FBI confirmed that the organization had paid for other social media networks. Fox News demanded that the FBI divulge the identities of other companies that they had paid for these actions. Finally, the FBI refused to release any additional information on the subject. However, FBI personnel confirmed that the agency pays for all reasonable fees related to the collection of important material for legal proceedings.

“While we aren’t able to comment on specific payments, the govt. is required to make reimbursement for reasonable fees directly associated with searching for, assembling, duplicating, or otherwise providing the data responsive to the legal action. This criterion is established by federal law, and so the courts will be the final arbiters of what constitutes reasonable remuneration,” FBI officials added.

The FBI is a rogue federal agency that does anything it wants because of the power provided to it by the legislative uniparty.

This agency is an unconstitutional thorn in the side of the American Republic, as well as an existential menace to Middle America. Serious conservative politicians would do everything in their power to stop funding or outright abolish, the FBI.

If the rule of law is able to survive in America, this institution must be abolished.

  1. We, as a nation, need an investigative organization that can honestly be called upon to investigate issues from a national perspective. At the present time, that entity, like it or not, is an agency called the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Instead of “throwing the baby out with the bath water” (which is what you sound to me like you are advocating), an effort needs to be mounted to straighten out the mess — and get rid of that mess at its own expense — that the FBI has made of itself — and it needs to be done forthwith, with all due diligence and without any prejudice. Does this sound like a “tall order”? Yes, it is a “tall order”. but the American people has been faced with just such “tall orders” before, so many of them in fact that they need not be enumerated (starting with the unwarranted taxation-related oppression by the British before the American Revolution).

    1. Nonsense, the FBI is a political agency and rotten to its core. The only way to fix it is to abolish it. If you want a investigative organization start new. The FBI is stone walling inspectors generals the courts and congress, they cannot be trust!

    1. Colleges and their Marxist indoctrination has done this, only college graduates that are fully indoctrinated are chosen to be FBI agents!

  2. The FBI, DOJ, CIA, etc all need to be abolished and every employee of the past 20 years needs to be thoroughly investigated. Who do you get to do that? The military. Military tribunals are needed now.
