Everyone Is Suddenly Reminded of Who Sheldon Whitehouse Is

Who did this?!

This meme was a rapid-response stroke of genius to the news that one of America’s most sanctimonious and nasty Senators – Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island (D, obviously) – still belongs to an exclusive, all-white beach club. Whitehouse claimed that he was going to resign from the club years ago, but he just got caught.

So, what’s his excuse for not actually quitting his membership? He says it’s a long-standing tradition.
Uh huh. We’re familiar with a lot of the Democrat Party’s long-standing traditions like this one: Jim Crow comes to mind! Besides, Whitehouse probably reasons, Rhode Island is a huge state, so there’s probably plenty of other beaches for the non-whites to use. Oh, wait…

Despite getting caught, the media is giving Whitehouse a complete pass on his segregated all-white beach club. It’s never “racism” when Democrats get caught doing blatantly racist things.

It was especially clever for the maker of this meme to put Ralph Northam on the iconic movie poster with Sheldon Whitehouse. Northam, you probably remember, is the Democrat Governor of Virginia who got caught wearing blackface or a Klan robe in his college yearbook (he couldn’t remember which). And like Whitehouse, Northam faced no consequences from the media.

First rule of White Club: Do not talk about White Club!
