If you ever needed a case study for what happens when “diversity, equity, and inclusion” takes priority over honor, discipline, and national security, look no further than Lt. Col. Adam Harmon. The Army Reserve intelligence officer — and full-time DEI peddler — has just been exposed for running a gay porn account where he filmed and posted X-rated videos of himself in uniform, even while deployed overseas.
You read that right: a senior U.S. military officer, tasked with promoting “inclusion” and “equity,” decided to moonlight as a porn performer — in camo, in the barracks, while on active duty. Welcome to Biden’s military, where drag shows are sanctioned and degeneracy gets a promotion.
Lt. Col. Harmon, who also worked at elite law firms like Foley Hoag and WilmerHale as a DEI specialist, operated the now-deleted X account “franzkafka2007,” where he uploaded explicit videos and images for years — right under the Army’s nose. In one clip, he’s seen masturbating in uniform in what appears to be a military barracks. In another, his exposed rear is featured alongside his rank insignia and military cap. Perhaps most disturbingly, a sexually explicit image geotagged in Dubai shows Harmon “bent over” on a hotel bed while stationed nearby in Kuwait. Not only is this conduct grotesquely unprofessional, but it also violated the laws of the host country — homosexuality is illegal in the United Arab Emirates.
When exposed by The Post, Harmon issued a hollow apology. “This occurred during an especially lonely chapter of my life,” he said. That’s supposed to explain away six years of sexually explicit content? Sorry, but that doesn’t cut it. This wasn’t a moment of weakness — this was a double life. And one the Army clearly ignored.
Let’s also not ignore the fact that Harmon is married to another Army Reserve lieutenant colonel, Peter Bennett — a decorated officer. Harmon even posted explicit images of Bennett on the same account. This entire circus is not just disgraceful — it’s dangerous.
According to former Army JAG officer Sean Timmons, this conduct isn’t just an embarrassment — it’s a national security risk. “He could be facing extortion from the enemy,” Timmons explained. “He could compromise secrets and confidential information in exchange for not having this behavior exposed.” Harmon’s actions potentially violated a laundry list of military rules, including Conduct Unbecoming, indecent behavior, and service discrediting conduct. Timmons added that Harmon should lose his security clearance — and may face court-martial. And his husband, Lt. Col. Bennett, could also be dragged into the fallout.
This is the fruit of the DEI tree — and it’s rotting. A military that once prided itself on honor, integrity, and the warrior ethos has been infected by woke rot. Instead of focusing on battlefield readiness, we’re elevating individuals based on gender identity, sexual orientation, and buzzwords from a Harvard DEI handbook. The military’s new standard isn’t competence — it’s compliance with leftist orthodoxy.
While China is expanding its Navy and Iran is funneling weapons to terrorists, the U.S. Army is too busy holding pronoun workshops and issuing gender-neutral fitness standards. And the result? Lt. Col. Harmon masturbating in a government-issued chair and uploading it for likes.
According to the Army Reserve, Harmon was quietly let go from his civilian job after the news broke. But don’t expect a full investigation or meaningful consequences from the Pentagon. Under this administration, the only people getting court-martialed are whistleblowers and border hawks.
The U.S. military desperately needs a return to discipline, dignity, and common sense. President Trump understands that. He’s already begun the process of gutting DEI programs from the federal government. The Armed Forces need to follow his lead before the rest of our military becomes a punchline — or worse, a vulnerability.
This isn’t just a scandal — it’s a symptom. We’ve handed over our defense apparatus to a generation of identity-obsessed radicals who think “representation” matters more than readiness. And while they’re chasing hashtags, our enemies are watching.
It’s time to clean house.
