The woman who died confronting ICE agents in Minneapolis isn’t even cold yet, and New York socialists are already using her as a recruitment poster.
They’re not mourning Renee Good. They’re franchising her.
The Democratic Socialists of America just held a meeting at the “Chinese Communist Party-linked” People’s Forum to announce their grand plan: 4,000 activists trained and ready to swarm ICE operations across New York City. Rapid response brigades. Around-the-clock hotlines. Fifty new trainers deployed.
Their explicit goal? Replicate Minneapolis.
You know, the city where anti-ICE “resistance” tactics led to a fatal confrontation. That Minneapolis.
The Army of Chaos
According to the New York Post, DSA is training 2,000 of their own members plus recruiting another 2,000 useful idiots from the general public. The playbook includes mass mobilization to ICE sites, loud whistles to create confusion, and physically impeding federal agents trying to do their jobs.
A DSA leader named “Marina”—because of course she only gave her first name—told the crowd of over 100 members that things might get “confusing” and “scary.”
No kidding. That’s the point.
They’re also recruiting multilingual volunteers. “If you speak Pular, if you speak Creole, if you speak Fulani—come find us,” one organizer urged.
Translation: they need people who can communicate with illegal immigrants from West Africa who’ve flooded into the city. This isn’t about protecting your neighbor. It’s about shielding people who shouldn’t be here from the consequences of breaking the law.
White Kids Playing Revolutionary
Here’s the part that writes itself.
The Post reported that most attendees were “white, Gen Z socialists” attending their first meeting. First-timers. Radicalized by the Minneapolis shooting and ready to cosplay as revolutionaries in America’s largest city.
These aren’t immigrants protecting their communities. These are trust fund activists looking for a cause. And they found one: obstructing federal law enforcement while hiding behind actual immigrant neighborhoods as human shields.
They’re canvassing Chinatown. Bushwick. Jackson Heights. Recruiting locals to join their crusade while the organizers retreat to their Brooklyn apartments.
The Minneapolis Model
Let’s be clear about what they’re replicating.
Renee Good was part of a group specifically trained to “resist” immigration enforcement. That resistance ended with her dead after a confrontation with an ICE agent. The circumstances are still disputed, but one fact isn’t: aggressive obstruction tactics put her in that situation.
Now New York wants to scale it up.
More people. More confrontations. More chaos. In a city of eight million, where ICE is hunting convicted murderers, rapists, and child predators who’ve been roaming free thanks to sanctuary policies.
The DSA isn’t protecting innocent families. ICE has been announcing arrests of the “worst of the worst”—killers and child rapists from across the globe. Minnesota’s recent sweep netted convicted murderers.
These are the people socialists want to shield.
What Comes Next
DHS is opening a new detention facility in Chester, an hour outside the city. Capacity for 1,500. More than double the current space.
That’s not a bluff. That’s infrastructure for a sustained operation.
When the sweep comes—and it will come—4,000 trained agitators will be waiting. Whistles blowing. Bodies blocking. Phones recording.
Someone’s going to get hurt. The DSA knows it. They’re counting on it.
