Beyond that, though, Biden’s main justification for the student loan bailout—the purported legal foundations—was the pandemic, as Charles Cooke notes. Based on the existence of an emergency, a bailout was granted. If the emergency is over, the justification disappears, then Joe Biden’s illegal action is all that remains to be discussed. Of course, the justification was laughably weak to begin with.
Due to his assertion that the emergency had ended regarding Title 42 in May, Biden had already disproved the justification. He nevertheless used it to support his August student debt bailout. So not only was it not legal, but he knew it wasn’t valid based on statements made by his own Administration three months prior.
What exactly is the current bailout’s legal justification? Joe Biden’s decision to shift billions of dollars in debt onto American taxpayers without a valid legal justification strikes me as a possible impeachable offense.

Biden and his administration are compromised by China and the WEF, (World economic forum). Treasonous acts Biden has committed should earn him a cell at Gitmo. Selling our oil reserves to China is aiding and abetting the enemy. Making deals with adversaries, putting Americans interests last on the list of things to accomplish.
Our southern border is all but collapsed, do to the overflow of humans,Biden encouraged to come here. Terrorists, criminals, drugs, human trafficking and sex slavery. Biden has brought all this to our front door and we’re footing the bill.
