As Title 42, one of the administration’s final border regulations expires this week, President Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is ready to release border crossers and illegal immigrants straight into American neighborhoods.
Invoking Title 42 in 2020 during the coronavirus epidemic allowed federal immigration authorities to promptly deport illegal immigrants to their home nations for the benefit of the general public’s health. This was done along the US-Mexico border.
Title 42 has been used to deport more than 2.5 million illegal immigrants who have entered the country across the border.
“According to three people familiar with the plans, Biden’s DHS is currently drafting a memo that will instruct Customs and Border Protection to start releasing migrants into our country with no court dates or even the ability to keep track of them,” according to NBC News:
“Alternatives to Detention, a program that required migrants to check in on a mobile app up until they were finally granted a court date, was where those migrants were registered until the Biden administration started releasing migrants with no court dates in March 2021 to reduce congestion. Instead of automatically enrolling the individuals into the program, the new policy would simply release them on “parole” with a notice to appear at an ICE office.”
On condition of anonymity, because they weren’t allowed to speak to the media, a DHS source informed NBC News, “We are completely breaking although we have not even hit our starting lines.”
According to DHS sources who spoke to NBC News, the extension of Biden’s Catch and Release program will be made available to border crossers and illegal immigrants who will reportedly be screened before being released into American neighborhoods. However, the specifics of that screening procedure were kept a secret.
According to a DHS representative, the major objective is to make room in the federal organization’s custody system. In reality, border crossers and illegal immigrants will be immediately released into American streets in order to allow more migrants to enter border detention facilities.
Biden’s DHS already has almost 30,000 border crossers and illegal immigrants in so-called “processing facilities” along the border, even before Title 42 expires. This is far more than the 18,500 people that the areas are designed to accommodate.
According to Breitbart News, once Title 42 expires, Biden’s DHS anticipates that 400,000 migrants would cross the border each month. More people would enter the country illegally each month than the population of New Orleans.
Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) calculated that since entering office, the Biden administration had unleashed almost five million border crossers and illegal immigrants into the interior of the United States, an amount greater than the population of 28 states.
I believe it was in 1953 with Eisenhower’s election that Mexican illegals were sought out and deported having not established any sort of legal status. I believe there were over a million illegals rounded up and sent back over the border. It would be expensive, but worth it if the newly elected President cleaned out the DHA, ICE (where needed) and any other department needing a purge from these non-law enforcing roaches and installed law abiding members and send them on search and deport missions. The vast majority of these illegals can and should be located and deported and then be vetted to confirm their legitimate appeal for asylum. This last two and a half years has been nothing but a law breaking circus of open border acrobatics and needs correction.
New President in 2024, begin deporting illegals immediately upon assuming office of illegals not having proof of asylum status being vetted and no proof of immediate hearing for validity of legitimate asylum appeal. Take them to the border – under armed guard if necessary, and herd them across, or fly them to country of origin then allow them to apply for legal entry status. Oh, as a sign of good faith, let Alejandro Mayorkas be the first one dumped over the border. The man is a crooked as a dog’s hind leg.
I don’t wish to deny people life sustaining necessities, but how can helping everyone in the world to enter our country without restriction help our country to survive. It is unsustainable to allow such an invasion. Our resources are limited just like every country. It only makes everyone poor! Joe needs help. His mental capacity is severely diminished.
