Look, we understand why you may not want to watch the impeachment hearings live on television. The partisan animus on the part of House Democrats is extremely transparent, and the evidence suggesting that President Trump should be removed from office is basically non-existent. It’s been a long three years, and you’re sick of this political theater. We get it, because so are we.
But, if you’re in the mood, we highly recommend it — because it’s hilarious.
Rep. Jim Jordan smashed it on the first day when he began asking the “star witness” a series of very simple questions. Being that this witness reportedly had no contact at all with President Trump, or anyone else that was on the phone call with Ukraine’s president, all we have so far is hearsay.
It would be great if Democrats allowed the whistleblower himself to clear all of this up, but that’s the last thing Rep. Adam Schiff wants to do. We can’t hear from the Bidens either.
So, once again, we find ourselves watching a congressional hearing and asking the real question” “what the hell are we even doing here?”
