In an age of political turmoil and confusion, we can all rest assured that our nation’s woke celebrities will always be there to set the records straight.
After the mainstream media unilaterally tarnished the reputation of a Catholic high school boy for smirking at a Native American protester while he had a drum beat in his face, the blue check marks on Twitter went absolutely nuts. Many celebrities went so far as to call for violence against the teenager, while one female SNL writer went ahead and offered oral sex to those who would commit such violence for her. Liberals are so tolerant and peaceful.
Many of those tweets have since been deleted, but some are still around for us to marvel at. One of those (at least for now) was Alyssa Milano’s assertion that wearing President Donald Trump’s signature “Make America Great Again” hats is the same thing as a white supremacist that sees nothing wrong with lynching black people.
Yes — connecting to a political movement that emphasizes putting your own country first is the same thing as violent racism. Thanks for the woke advice, Hollywood…
