4th Judge Defies Trump’s Order—Will SCOTUS Save America?

President Donald Trump is taking on the judicial swamp after a fourth federal judge blocked his executive order ending birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants.

Trump didn’t hold back, blasting the ridiculous ruling on Truth Social, where he called out the judges and lawyers who are failing to protect America.

“Our Founding Fathers are spinning in their graves,” Trump wrote. “The 14th Amendment had everything to do with giving citizenship to former slaves, NOT illegal immigrants who break our laws.”

The Order That Has the Left in Meltdown Mode

On day one of his return to the Oval Office, Trump signed Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship, a sweeping executive order ending the automatic granting of U.S. citizenship to the children of those in the country illegally or on temporary visas.

His argument? No other country in the world hands out citizenship like candy to lawbreakers. And the 14th Amendment was NEVER intended to apply to illegal immigrants.

The Left’s Legal Obstruction Machine Kicks In

Predictably, blue states and left-wing activists rushed to the courts, filing lawsuits in at least two dozen Democrat-led states and cities.

So far, four federal district judges have blocked the order, including U.S. District Judge Leo Sorokin, who outrageously claimed that the Constitution “confers birthright citizenship broadly.”

But Republican-led states and America First Legal have jumped into the legal battle, filing amicus briefs defending Trump’s order and arguing that it is 100% constitutional and aligned with the original intent of the 14th Amendment.

Dan Epstein, vice president of America First Legal, laid it out clearly: “‘Subject to the jurisdiction thereof’ has to mean something.” He argues that citizens must owe their allegiance to the United States—not a foreign government.

This Fight Is Headed to the Supreme Court

This battle over American sovereignty is almost certain to land before the U.S. Supreme Court, where many legal experts believe Trump’s order will ultimately be upheld.

Trump isn’t backing down, and neither are the millions of law-abiding, tax-paying Americans who know that citizenship is a privilege—not a loophole for lawbreakers.
